Wild Child is a Melges 24.  The platform precedes itself as one of the leading sportboat designs in the world.  The boat features an open cockpit and lots of horsepower but is easy enough to sail to not require winches.  The boat is known for epic downwind planing under the large asymmetrical spinnaker that is sure to deliver any young sailor's adrenaline fix.  The Melges is utilized to introduce youth sailors to performance keelboat sailing and compete against the adults.
